Staff Nurse - Different Specialities - Guernsey - Up to £30,000 I am currently looking to recruit nurses for: - Surgical Orthopaedic - Surgical - Medical/Rehabilitation - Critical Care - Theatres - Midwives The Island of Guernsey is situated 70 miles off the mainland and is the hidden treasure of the English Channel. The town of Guernsey - the main town on the island - is the perfect destination to live and work as it is renowned for its relaxed pace of life and continental atmosphere. It offers amazing scenery and a warmer climate. Guernsey has so much to offer you! My client is the main governmental hospital on the Island of Guernsey and is actively seeking a number of Medical Nurses. It`s a modern well-equipped hospital with 4 theatres and 227 beds, which provides healthcare services to a population of 60,000. The hospital offers a very competitive salary from £23,374 up to £30,251 per annum depending on experience. All nursing staff receive a £1,000 bonus after one year and an extra £3,500 after two years. A further retention payment of £1,032 pa pro rata will be paid each February. NMC subscriptions are reimbursed. It`s a five-year fixed term contract and accommodation will be provided. If you are invited for a face-to-face interview and are successful, the client is happy to reimburse flight costs. If flying over is not possible, telephone or Skype interview might be possible.
