Debra Moore, Group Director of Nursing and Patient Safety, heads up the team of Consultant Nurses who provide professional nursing leadership and advice to the tasks of quality improvement, patient safety and clinical governance across our regions.
We work closely with the Royal College of Nursing on continuing professional development and offer placements for student nurses at many of our services. We are signed up to the standards of the Preceptorship Charter and ensure our newly qualified staff get comprehensive support and learning in their first role.
