We are looking for a Clinical Sister to join an established team that is moving towards achieving and sustaining the targets set by national standards, while ensuring the highest level of care continues. This post will be rotational between Pembroke Ward and Arethusa Ward.

Pembroke ward (elective and trauma orthopaedics)
Arethusa is a 27 bedded Trauma orthopaedic, mixed sex ward.

You must have good leadership skills and be able to organise, delegate and evaluate care, confront and deal with clinical issues in a calm professional manner. Experience in the specialty is not an essential requirement to this position.

Each applicant must have considerable demonstrable as a band 5 or able to demonstrate advanced level practice.
