About the role
We have a dedicated team who support and manage complex patients from a National Specialist Centre. Delivering ‘out of hospital’ care, allowing complex patients to receive treatment in the comfort of their own home and high care standard treatment delivered by a carefully co-ordinated team of professionals.
You will responsible for administering medication, educating patients and maintaining high quality care documentation. You will be confident in reporting all activity, risks and issues to your line manager. You will be able to demonstrate your experience in the administration of HPN and of managing patients with central lines.
What we expect from you
You are a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration. You care about clinical excellence. You believe in the importance of the right things, done well. And you will thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment. You will have an acute ward or community nursing background, hold a full EU driving licence and the flexibility to join a shift rota.
