Job Description:
You will lead and guide nursing staff in the department in providing quality care to our patients in our fast-paced acute hospital setting. You are responsible for raising and maintaining the nursing standards and service level in the department. You are also expected to plan and manage staffing needs, as well as focus on staff development. You should be a firm believer in excellence in nursing work and be able to instil the same belief in your staff.
Besides reviewing and streamlining processes to achieve the efficient and effective operations, you will also develop quality measurement processes for creating staff awareness and evaluating customer satisfaction. Acumen in financial management and judicial resource utilization will be required of your role.
Requirements:
1) Able to register with Singapore Nursing Board
2) A post-basic nursing qualifications and preferably with a Degree in Nursing
3) Minimum 6 years of working experience in an acute hospital setting
4) Track record of leadership and managerial skills
5) Lead and guide nursing staff in the department in providing quality care to our patients
6) Responsible for raising and maintaining the nursing standards and service level within the department
7)Plan and manage staffing needs
8)Develop quality measurement processes for creating staff awareness and evaluating customer satisfaction
