Assistant Clinical Nurse Manager - Permanent - Cambridge - £31'000 to £35'000
Our client is a leading homecare organisation with good links to the NHS, they are currently looking for an Assistant Clinical Manager to work in Cambridge on a full time perm basis this post is working within a Hospital at Home capacity.
You will need to be an experienced Nurse ready for a step up into a managerial position you must have evidence of mentoring and have experience within an acute care setting.
You will be working within the community supporting a team of Nurses and HCA's but still have good links to a Hospital based setting.
Your remit will be providing a range of clinical duties as well as supporting the Clinical Manager with the running of the service. You will also be expected to mentor junior members of staff acting as a positive role model at all times.
The successful candidate will receive an excellent salary of between £31,000 to £35,000 plus excellent benefits.
