Clinical Operations Manager - Permanent - Slough- £35'000 to £40'000
Our client is a leading homecare organisation with good links to the NHS, they are currently looking for a Clinical Operations Manager to work from their head office in Slough on a full time perm basis this post is working within a Hospital at Home capacity.
You will need to be an experienced Nurse with evidence of senior managerial experience within an acute care setting.
You will be working from head office, heading up the contracts within several Hospitals across London, Cambridge, Essex and the South East, also working to support and manage the head office staff providing day to day running of the head office support team.
Your remit will be providing a range of managerial duties including appraisals, holiday and managing sickness. You will also be expected to liaise with all in house hospital staff to promote the awareness of the service the organisation provide.
The successful candidate will receive an excellent salary of between £35,000 to £40,000 plus excellent benefits.
You must have previous experience in an Operations Management post ideally from with an acute setting in the NHS although private healthcare background will still be considered.
