Due to promotion of the existing post holder, a vacancy has arisen for an experienced nurse leader as Head of Nursing within the Division of Medicine and Community Services.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the nursing changes required to integrate hospital and community services taking care closer to home. This wide ranging portfolio includes supporting the delivery of urgent care services in the hospital and the community to transforming Health Visiting services across the city of Manchester.

We are looking for a nurse who has a successful track record of clinical leadership, who identifi es with the values and behaviours set out in our Trust Nursing & Midwifery Strategy and who brings out the best in people, to enable us to deliver excellent clinical services to the patients and families we serve.
