Registered Home Manager – Learning Disabilities RNLD Qualified – North Lincolnshire - Salary £35,000 to £40,000 depending on experience
My client is seeking a Registered Learning Disability Nurse with Management experience to manage a medium sized nursing and residential care service for clients with learning disabilities.
You will require:
- Minimum of 3 years management experience
- RNLD qualified ideally or NMC registered with experience of managing a nursing service for learning disabilities
You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the smooth running of the service on a daily basis
- Finances and budgets
- Occupancy and marketing
- Recruitment and retention
