An opportunity has arisen for a senior nurse to provide leadership and support to nursing across the Division of Medicine and Community Services, supporting all services to provide safe, compassionate, efficient nursing care.
With expert leadership and clinical skills, this exceptional senior nurse will take lead responsibility on behalf of the Head of Nursing for specific nursing and Divisional projects which contribute to delivering the best patient experience.
You will be a high calibre professional with proven experience of managing challenging situations and leading through change. You will have in depth understanding of implementing professional
nursing and service improvements initiatives and will be working closely with the Head of Nursing on the Divisional agenda.
This role involves working with both the hospital and community Directorates to ensure that quality is central to all areas of work.
