Experienced nurse qualified Home Manager required for a challenging new opportunity in Nottingham.
We are currently recruiting a Manager for a large dementia care home just South of Nottingham. The home, newly acquired by my client, has faced a number of challenges over the years. Following a large investment to modernise the environment which is now of exceptional quality, we are looking for a senior dementia care manager with strong leadership skills and change management experience to drive the home forward.
Candidate:
- Nurse qualified (pref RMN) with dementia care experience
- At least 3yrs experience and a proven track record in care home management
- Strong leadership skills and change management experience
- Experience of meeting CQC requirements and improving standards
This is a permanent position offered with excellent remuneration well above industry average.
