My client offers an Occupational Health Services (OHS) and provides specialist advice and support regarding employee health issues to employees and managers as well as to a variety of external clients.  The OH service provision has been recently reviewed and is currently undergoing a restructure to ensure that it is adding maximum value and benefit to its customers.

The OHS is a multidisciplinary team comprising of OH Managers, OH Advisers, Clinic Nurses, Psychological Support Therapists and OH Physiotherapists. Working with the administration team our main priority is to create a dynamic approach to maximise employee health, wellbeing and productivity.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced OH Adviser to join our team on a full time basis.  You must be a fully qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) and hold an NMC statement of entry for Specialist Community Public Health Nursing and Specialist Practitioner status in Occupational Health   Taking a business partnership approach, you will work alongside an OH Manager and other OH colleagues to provide proactive OH services to a specific Directorate as well as supporting external contracts.

 We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated individual, who has excellent Case Management skills.  You will ideally have experience of carrying out Case Management within both the NHS and private sector.  You must be IT literate and able to learn systems and processes.

As a key member of the team this role provides a unique and exciting opportunity to assist in the design and implementation of a highly professional and customer focussed OH service.
