As a Clinical Nurse Manager you will contribute to the effective and efficient day to day leadership and management of the service as directed by the Manager.
You will also provide an effective clinical leadership, coaching and direct supervision to the staff team, ensuring appropriate arrangements are in place for:
- Medication Management
- Staff Development
- Clinical Supervision, Appraisal and Performance Management
- Managing Positive Behaviour and Culture (ABC) within the service
- Provide Leadership to, and overall coordination for the MDT/CPA processes
