REGISTERED GENERAL NURSE
NIGHT & DAY NURSE REQUIRED
Part / Full Time Position - 36hrs per week
£12.50 per hour
This Leicester based care community sets new standards in the provision of high end care for older people. They are currently recruiting for nurses across the community.
The post holder will work as part of the Care Services Team and s/he will be primarily responsible for promoting and delivering person centred care within the companies Care Philosophy and work within their professional accountability and competencies for their professional registration.
Key tasks and skills needed for the role include (list is not exhaustive):
Named nurse for identified residents
Lead in managing monthly (routine) medication
Excellent organisation and delegation skills
Managing staff team
Flexibility
