What we expect from you
You will have a clinical nursing background combined with outstanding leadership skills/qualities and remote team management experience within a public or private Healthcare environment. Your passion will be to deliver Clinical Excellence and you will have a drive to ensure high quality care provision. A key background required for the role will be a proven ability to deliver clinical service innovation that is customer and patient centric.
About the role
The key remit is to lead the strategic direction of Nursing and Clinical Services within a specific region of the UK. You will be tasked with the management and deployment of significant resources to provide a clinically safe and robust service to patients and customers. In the role you will ensure a positive end-to-end experience that meets the core values of Bupa Home Healthcare.
You will take responsibility for the Clinical team in your region via a number of regional Clinical Manager reports. You will also work closely with commercial colleagues in order to drive clinical knowledge into the sales, tendering and proposition development process.
In this role you will ensure that your region is meeting local needs as well as delivering against transformation projects to align the region to Bupa Home Healthcare’s growth plans.
This a commercially focused Clinical role that requires a blend of hands-on clinical delivery experience and a strategic, business oriented background.
You will be willing to travel extensively around the region to support the team and customers as well as attending regular meetings at the Harlow headquarters.
