What we expect from you
You are a Registered Nurse with an ENB998 or City and Guilds 730 qualification and valid NMC PIN Number. You care about clinical excellence. You believe in the importance of the right things, done well. And you will thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
About the role
The impact you will have on patients lives will go far beyond care – giving them independence, choice and privacy. You will get to know them, and their families, enabling you to follow personal care plans that really are as unique as every individual.
You will be responsible for providing high quality, cost effective clinical care, helping to manage a designated case load of patients across our continuing care service. You will support the senior nurse and team of Clinical Support Workers giving advice, support and coaching to ensure the delivery of high quality care to patients.
Every day will be different, you will liaise with other healthcare professionals. You will also be confident in reporting all activity, risks and issues to your line manager. You will be able to demonstrate your experience in the care of tracheotomies and have had exposure to the signs and symptoms of a respiratory arrest.
You will work across the East London and further afield if required. As part of the Bupa Home Healthcare bank you will be offered regular and ongoing work within our service plus career development and further training in the treatment of paediatric patients requiring long term continuing care.
You will have an acute ward or community nursing background, a current NMC registration and hold a full EU driving licence.
