·       Supporting Gambro and customers in the evaluation and use of the Company’s products and services

·       Promoting the Company as a provider of renal replacement therapy across customer contacts 

·       Keeping customers updated regarding developments in product and/or clinical application to optimise patient treatment

·       Contacting the full range of customers and other external stakeholders (e.g. clinical staff & technical personnel) on a regular and frequent basis

·       Demonstrating Company products effectively and constructively 

·       Maintaining up to date customer records

·       Seeking, forwarding and utilizing market intelligence 

·       Providing educational support (study days and teaching packages)

·         Be part of the rota for the 24 hours helpline for Acute Care

·       Conducting product training for key hospital staff and patients via 1:1 contact, group meetings & presentations

·       Attending exhibitions/conferences in order to update clinical knowledge and to represent Gambro

·       Assisting the sales representative/territory manager and technician in organising and running machine trials

·       Assisting the sales representative/territory manager in the organising, managing and reporting of clinical evaluations of products and services, including prescription process 

·       Maintaining excellent personal knowledge of the therapy environment, products and their applications

·       Providing timely and accurate information that assists in development of the strategic plan

·       Liaising and communicating with other Company departments/business units to achieve Company objectives

·       Ensuring adherence to relevant Company protocols, Standard Operating Procedures and Nursing & Midwifery Council Code of Conduct 

·       Maintaining all Company assets in good condition

·       Keeping abreast of changes in opinions and relevant specialist therapy area, through contact and knowledge of key opinion leaders.
