Bright Selection Ltd are delighted to represent a national care provider in sourcing a Deputy Home Manager (Nurse Qualified) for a a purpose built 39 bedded care home offering Dementia, Nursing and Residential care. The home is running extremely well, it has a fantastic local reputation and is fully compliant with the CQC - review dated October 2012.

Reporting to the home manager, you will have experience, desire, passion and commitment to deliver clinical excellence and leadership in a busy residential nursing environment. As an experienced nurse you'll display a supportive, motivational, calm and caring manner which will be conveyed to your team. You'll be driven by the desire to improve and develop your own skills and those around you. You'll be effective in managing resources and be commercially aware too.

You will be a team player. Kindness will be second nature to you. You will have a keen eye for detail, always act with integrity and be driven by the principles of fairness. You will behave in a transparent manner always showing respect to our residents, their families and your colleagues.

In order to apply, you will:-

  • Be a qualified nurse (RMN or RGN)
  • Have full and up to date NMC registration
  • Have excellent clinical skills
  • Be looking for career progression - so ideal if you are a Senior Nurse/Supervisor

This is a full time post paying up to £15 per hour.
