The East Midlands Centre for Neurobehavioral Rehabilitation provides a specialist service for men and women over the age of 18 with a brain injury who present with behaviours that impede their ability to rehabilitate. The centre provides specialised neuropsychiatric and psychological assessment, positive and consistent approaches to behaviour management and cognitive rehabilitation.
This is an exciting opportunity for nurses who want to take on greater responsibility and potentially progress into management roles, working within a service that is committed to working in partnership with the NHS and local authorities in order to provide high quality services that complement existing provision.
The successful applicants will need to be knowledgeable and conversant with the Essential standards for Quality and Safety as regulated by the CQC.
This role will involve excellent leadership and communication skills as you will be a focal point between the staff team and Senior Management. You will also be an integral part of the multi-disciplinary team.
