We are looking for a Senior ODP (anaesthetics) who can demonstrate delivery of a high quality clinical patient care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care.
Key accountabilities of the role include work scheduling and rotas as well as training and development of staff.
You should have a Level 1 Post Nursing Qualification with ideally both surgical and medical experience. Preferred candidates should have basic experience in caring for patients with multiple post op surgical requirements, taking care of patients with intravenous fluids, indwelling catheters to name but a few.
As an essential part of our theatres team, you’ll deliver high quality, clinically effective patient care with a wide range of cases to broaden your skills and knowledge.
We have 71 private en suite rooms and have an extensive range and complexity of surgical admissions. This includes cardiac, joint replacement, plastic surgery, gynaecology, neurosurgery, ENT, urology and ophthalmic work.

Salary: From £27,000 depending on experience
Hours: 37.5 h per week
