Hospital Manager – CAMHS UNIT
£50,000 - £55,000 plus package
Full Time, 40 hours per week Cambridgeshire

We are currently seeking a confident, proven Hospital Manager who is qualified as a Registered mental health nurse to with real leadership skills who can demonstrate they possess the knowledge, skills and personal qualities outlined in the enclosed person specification.

The overall objective of Hospital Manager is to provide leadership, direction and supervision to all support staff. To take overall responsibility for the operational and clinical management of the hospital and the general well=being of the clients and staff
Duties and Responsibilities are as follows:
- To Lead the effective admission of all clients
- Recruitment of staff
- Maintain budgetary control and P&L
- Effective relationships with residents, their families and the community
- Report writing
- Deliver optimum operational efficiency
- Manage HR policies
- Management of training
- Responsible for infection control
- Ensure compliance with CQC
- Control the ordering and administration of drugs
