Registered Manager, Southampton, £40,000 + Benefits
A Registered Manager is required to join a leading specialist provider of care and support to individuals with Associated Brain Injury and associated neurological conditions at their new service on the outskirts of Southampton, Hampshire.
You will have the opportunity to join a brand new purpose built home for up to 12 residents with the service dual registered for complex needs and rehabilitation for individuals between 18 and 65 years of age. You will be a nurse qualified RGN or RMN with a strong clinical background as you will be given the opportunity be hands on from the start.
As the Registered Manager you will oversee every aspect of this excellent pupose built home, you will have the opportunity to appoint your own care team including a deputy manager to work alongside you.
This opportunity would suit an individual who is working as a Registered Manager currently seeking an exciting challenge to start a new service or a Unit/Deputy Manager looking for their first managerial position.
In return you will receive a basic salary of £40,000 per annum based on a 40 hour week working Monday to Friday plus a range of additional benefits.
