Bright Selection are currently seeking an experienced nursing home manager for a purpose built nursing home near to Watford.
Our client is a leading national provider, renowned for their high quality care and the training and opportunities that they can offer their staff team.
They currently have an opening for an experienced RGN manager at an established home providing specialist residential, nursing and dementia care.
The home has a very good CQC report and is running well so our client is looking for a candidate that can ensure the smooth running of the home and that it continues to adapt and deliver the best quality care.

- RGN qualification with current PIN
- Nursing home management experience within elderly care
The salary for the role is offered in the region of £45,000-50,000 per annum plus bonus scheme and other benefits.
