St Andrew’s Birmingham offers a variety of medium, enhanced low and low secure services to men requiring mental health care and rehabilitation.

We have a requirement for the right people to join our bureau (casual working) as Healthcare Assistants supporting the Birmingham St Andrews Healthcare. You will need a flexible approach to working hours and be able to attend a week’s induction before undertaking any shifts and a further week of training within the first few months of joining (time spent on organised training is paid). In return you will have the opportunity to join a great team working in a rewarding environment at our facility in Stirchley, Birmingham.

Applications are welcomed from well motivated individuals, who are flexible, able to demonstrate initiative and who possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Previous experience desirable but no formal qualifications are essential, as training will be given.
