Internationally renowned for providing outstanding care across a range of acute specialities, this hospital provides and exciting challenge for an enthusiastic Senior Nurse to work in their Paediatric Surgery Unit.
General Responsibilities:
• Take charge of the ward in the absence of senior staff
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Advocate for children and their families
• Assess, plan and deliver high standards of nursing care
• Teach and mentor department objectives
• Supervise and direct junior staff, promoting a learning environment
Requirements:
• NMC registered
• RN part 8 or 15
• Significant Paediatric experience
• Teaching and Assessing course
