My client, a leading private provider of elderly social care services, is looking to recruit a Clinical Development Manager to join their Senior Management Team in the South of England.
The Role
· Providing clinical advice and support to Home Managers
· Undertaking clinical audits.
· Promoting Clinical Standards in line with their person centre approach to care
· Helping to develop the quality and compliance strategy on a company-wide basis.
The Candidate
You will be:
· An RGN with a minimum of 5 years post qualifications nursing experience.
· An expert in your field, with exceptional knowledge of key policies and procedures.
· Dynamic and driven with a can-do attitude.
· A leader with excellent interpersonal skills
· Able to work in a fluid business environment and have experience of implementing change.
