Exciting opportunity for experienced RGN’s to join leading international healthcare organisation.
Our client, which currently serves approximately 65 million patients in the US, has within the past 2 years extended its operation into the UK and as such, as a result of continued growth, now urgently requires full RGN’s to join its growing team of Nurse Support Advisors.
These are office-based Nurse roles, with key responsibilities to include:
· Providing clinical telephone support to patients across a wide range of disease areas through therapy compliance initiatives
· Accurately collecting, documenting and reporting patient information
· Liaising and consulting with healthcare professionals, including addressing patient concerns and therapy non-conformance where necessary
· Assisting in the development and maintenance of nursing policies and protocols
Applicants should be outstanding communicators with minimum three years post-qualification experience. An excellent telephone manner and proven ability to empathise and build trusting relationships with patients is essential.
Previous experience of a wide range of therapy areas is also preferable, however applicants should note that comprehensive disease area and product development training will be provided.
