Day Ward Manager- Southampton- Perm- Full Time- Salary up to £36k
I am are currently looking for an enthusiastic, confident and experienced Day Ward Manager to join a team within a customer focused hospital in Hampshire to effectively manage the Day Ward.
You will be a registered nurse who has proven management and business acumen experience within a day ward environment. You will have taken an active leadership role in promoting, developing and sustaining the key focus areas for nursing and have shown your budget and financial skills with the ability to monitor and control resources.
Within the role you will work closely within the hospital's and clinical management team to deliver the clinical governance and service development aspects. To be successful you will be clinically up to date and posses excellent communication skills both verbal and written and time management skills with with the ability to teach, train and develop the staff.
