Rehabilitation Case Manager- RGN- Croydon- F/T - permanent - £28,000 - £32,000pa.
We are currently recruiting for a Rehabilitation Case Manager for a worldwide insurance company.
The successful candidate must have a clinical background as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with up to date NMC pin.
Based from the Croydon office the successful candidate will be responsible for providing rehabilitation assessments within specified time frames and implementing cost effective rehabilitation programmes for clients who have sustained an injury or illness.
The role will involve telephone consultations, travelling out to clients to conduct initial assessments, providing health advice and co-ordinating a plan of rehabilitation.
This is a full time permanent post working Monday to Friday, candidates must have exceptional communication skills and have some demonstrable commercial awareness. As this role involves travel out to clients you must have a full UK drivers licence with access to your own reliable transport. Some home working may be available.
Salary between £28,000 to £32,000 plus flexible benefits to include holiday, health care and pension scheme.
