ICU Senior Staff Nurse - Neuro & General, London, £32,000 - £37,000
HCL Permanent is working in conjunction with a leading private hospital in Central London, to recruit an experienced Senior Staff Nurse to work in their Neuro, Spinal and General Intensive Care Unit.
Internationally renowned for providing high quality care across a wide range of specialities, this position provides an exciting challenge for an enthusiastic ICU Senior Staff Nurse looking to excel in their career.
General Responsibilities:
• Provide shift leadership of the Intensive Care Unit
• Provide a high quality service of nursing care to critically ill patients
• Pro-active with a high level of skill in managing change
• Provision of appropriate staffing
• Supervise and direct junior staff
Requirements:
• NCM registered
• Significant ICU experience with either Neruo, Spinal or General patients
• Clinical leadership experience essential
• Critical Care qualification is essential
• Advance Life Support course
• Mentorship Course
