Salary: £22,258.00 - £29,002.00 per annum, Inclusive of St Andrews Clinical Allowance
Hours: Full-time 37.5 per week
The specialist service for adolescents between the ages of 13 and 18 at admission at St Andrews Healthcare is a centre of excellence and has become the largest facility of its kind in the UK. We lead the field in services for young people with complex mental health needs and learning disabilities.
The Adolescent Service offers a challenging but rewarding working environment which requires a committed and highly motivated nursing team in order to deliver high quality care.
We are currently looking for experienced qualified / newly qualified nurses (RMN OR RNLD) to join our team. Knowledge and awareness of nursing within a secure service is essential. A five day local induction and training package is provided. The follows a five day corporate induction with on-going opportunities for further learning.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide high standards of care, demonstrate sound professional practice, have good interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work flexibly as part of a team to meet the needs of the Adolescent Service.
