Hospital Recruitment International (HRI) Ltd is seeking an experienced, qualified Occupational Health Advisor to join our client’s team to provide a comprehensive and pro-active Occupational Health advice service, ensuring the prevention of work-related illness, disease and injury and the promotion of employee health, safety and wellbeing.
Case management of management referrals will be a large part of your responsibility so the ideal candidate will have demonstrable case management experience. You will be assessing the medical fitness of new entrants and in-service clients by means of health and lifestyle questionnaires and specific clinical measurements and exercising your clinical judgement in relation to standards and other aspects of fitness to work
To be considered for this position you need to be a Registered Nurse with a post registration Occupational Health qualification and entry onto Part 1 or 3 of the NMC Register. Experience in a corporate OH setting would be ideal and excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) and IT Skills are absolutely essential.
