Rehabilitation Case Manager is required to work in Croydon on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established team dedicated to managing some of our specialist Physiotherapy treatment providers,ensuring cost effective and timely rehab programmes for patients and clients who have been referred.
This is an office based opportunity for candidates from a Physiotherapy background to work for a fantastic, supportive and forward thinking company providing a range of services to clients with acute and musculo-skeletal cases.
