My client is a well funded care provider with a key focus on quality, our client is a leading provider of learning disability services for children and adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs.
They are looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Manager to work across the group to ensure that they are fully compliant with CQC requirements. This role would ideally suit some from an inspectorate background.
You will be required to audit all of the services and ensure that any issues that arise are resolved working alongside the Service Managers You will take responsibility for ensuring the continuous improvement of the homes while developing external relationships with all stakeholders.
