Job Summary
We are looking to employ a Part time Nurse Practitioner to cover paediatric and adult care who will work under the practice manager to work as part of a team to ensure top quality care for all patients. The position will cover 24 hours per week. The Junction Health Centre is a new GP led health care services facility commissioned by NHS Wandsworth. The centre is operated by Care UK, a leading independent provider of health and social care services is located near the Grant Road exit at Clapham Junction Station. The centre is open every day from 8am-8pm and offers a range of services, including health information, advice and treatment for a range of minor illnesses and injuries.

Skills & Experience
Be NMC registered Be willing and able to work a bank (nought hour) contract, covering sick and holiday leave Evidence of 5 years (minimum) post registration experience Assess patients with undifferentiated diagnoses Maintain accurate documentation of assessment, planning and treatment of patients Ensure that clinical nursing activities are evidence based Create and seek opportunities to disseminate and develop practice
