My client is a leading independent healthcare provider in the UK. They own and operate over 400 care centres and nursing homes, employing over 25,000 people. Their care homes and nursing homes are unique and offer consistently high standards of service and care.
My client has vacancies for both RGNs and RMNs situated in Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire with both days & nights available.
As a Registered Nurse you will work closely with the Centre Manager and deputise in their absence. You will be responsible for carrying out general nursing responsibilities including the overall well-being of the residents and assisting with the formulation and implementation of the delivery of excellent standards of care; promoting independence and dignity and positively enhancing the lives of individuals in your care.
Your roll will include supporting the Deputy Nurse Manager and Registered Manager with the day to day nursing responsibilities; carry out on-going assessments to determine individual needs and assist with the formulation of personal care plans; as well as working closely with the residents to promote greater independence and encourage a wide range of activities
You will need to ensure high standards of personal health hygiene.
Requirements;
· NMC pin
· RGN experience (RMN will be considered)
· Must have good clinical & leadership skills
