Scrub Nurse - Cheshire - Fixed Term Maternity Cover - Full Time - £23,000 - £28,000
A small - medium sized hospital, which is part of a group of leading healthcare providers, are currently looking to recruit an experienced Scrub Nurse to work in their theatre department to cover maternity leave.
You will be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) with relevant scrub experience. We are looking for a candidate who has general scrubbing experience in a variety of procedures including but limited to ENT, dental, general and laparotomy.
You will be responsible for:
- Scrubbing for a variety of procedures
- Working as part of a team; supervising junior team members
- Ensuring the theatre is ready for procedures
- Assisting the Consultant
- Rotating through into Recovery or Anaesthetics if able to do so
You will be rewarded with a salary of £23,000 - £28,000 pro rata plus benefits including pension, healthcare and 25 days holiday.
This role is based in Cheshire and is commutable from Macclesfield, Prestbury, Knutsford, Northwich, Stockport, Wilmslow, Kidsgrove, Bradwell, Leek and Congleton.
