Bright Selection Ltd are delighted to represent a Nationwide Organisation in sourcing a Nurse Qualified Registered Home Manager for a highly prestigious, medium size Nursing Home in the Stoke-On-Trent area.
The home is a purpose built 65+ bed nursing home for elderly frail and young disabled. With a stable staff team we are situated in picturesque surroundings and well used gardens. It also has an excellent reputation in the local area and is fully compliant with the CQC.
My client is a highly professional organisation whose ethos evolves around quality, as well as having the wellbeing and care of all of its residents as high priority. They are aiming to become the number one provider within the UK and are highly progressive - so this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager who has career aspirations.
In order to apply for this role you will hold a recognised management qualification such as LMC award, an NVQ level 4 in Care or RMA and have a minimum of 1 year's experience within a Home Manager position. You will be a qualified nurse (RGN ideally, although RMN with excellent clinical skills will be considered), registered with the NMC and have experience of running a fully compliant/excellent rated care home.
The role is offered at up to £45K per annum plus excellent benefits package, depending on the level of experience.
