Position - Theatre Scrub Nurse
Hours - 37.5 hours per week
Location – Hertfordshire/Essex
Salary – Dependent upon experience
My client opened in 1992 and is equipped with the latest medical facilities for diagnosis and treatment, and has very high quality clinical standards including effective infection prevention measures.
All their patient rooms are en suite and our Premium Care patients benefit from extras such as A la carte menus and Sky TV. By investing in advanced medical technology, the hospital offers a wide range of treatments and services. The four fully equipped theatres with ultra clean air technology are particularly suitable for orthopaedic procedures offered such as arthroscopy, hip and knee replacement. A brand new day surgery suite is suitable for minor surgery and endoscopy procedures.
Services are Consultant led and flexible appointment times are offered, including out of hours. A rigorous vetting procedure ensures that only suitably qualified and experienced surgeons are granted practicing privileges.
My client is currently looking to appoint an experienced, flexible and highly motivated qualified theatre scrub nurse.
You must be able to -
· Have the capacity to plan equipment and consumable requirements
· The ability to participate in on-call duties·
· The ability to work to tight deadlines
· The ability to assist in all aspects of scrub nursing through a variety of specialties
