We are looking to recruit a Registered Manager to oversee the running of this 5 bed residential service. The overall objective of the role is to be responsible and accountable for the management of Redlands and its resources. The post holder will be registered with the Care Quality Commissions and as such is accountable for ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulatory frameworks and developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with all of our referrers and purchasers.
Applicants should have considerable staff supervisory experience within a relevant health and/or care setting and ideally will hold a Registered Nurse, Social Worker or Registered Managers Award or other appropriate professional qualification; or is willing to achieve a relevant management qualification in a reasonable timescale.
