Senior Staff Nurse – Recovery Unit
Location: London
Salary: £30633 - £41026
HCL are looking for an experienced Senior Staff Nurse to work in a Recovery Unit in a large hospital.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Previous relevant experience
· To maintain accurate records of patient care
· Assess, plan and deliver care, based on individual patient and family needs
· The ability to work under pressure
· To train and support junior members of staff
· To be organised and time management is key
· Audit awareness
· The ability to work in a team as well as on your own
Requirements:
· NMC Registered
· Mentorship Course desirable
· Post-registration working in an acute setting
· Good basic level of English language demonstrated through effective written and verbal communication skills
· You are expected to take responsibility for their own continual personal and professional development
