Paediatric Staff Nurse – ICU
Location: London
Salary: £25411 - £33150
HCL are looking for a Paediatric Staff Nurse to work in ICU. You must have the relevant experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Ability to practice within the scope of the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
· You will work closely with the ward/PICU manager and multi-disciplinary team members in monitoring and maintaining policies, standards of nursing care and staff development as part of the ward team.
· To be aware of responsibilities in relation to national as well as local child protection policies
· To provide a suitable and safe environment
- To work together with the ward/PICU team to ensure effective use of resources
· Able to prioritise and meet deadlines
· Ability to work within a team and independently
Requirements
· RN/RN child (subpart 1 NMC register)
· Good basic level of English language demonstrated through effective written and verbal communication skills.
· All staff are expected to take responsibility for their own continual personal development
