HCL are looking for an experienced Paediatric ICU Senior Staff Nurse for a busy Hospital in London.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Take charge of the clinical area in the absence of the Ward/Department manager
· Demonstrate clinical knowledge and skills
· Prioritise workload and meet deadlines
· Audit awareness
· Teach and guide the junior members of staff
· The ability to perform appraisals/personal development plan’s to your members of staff
· You must have leadership skills and be flexible to change.
Requirements
· RN/RN child (NMC Registered)
· Mentorship Qualification
· Able to communicate through a good level of English
