Hospital Recruitment International (HRI) Ltd is looking for a Clinical Lead Nurse to manage, develop and lead the theatre teams within our client’s modern and well-equipped private hospital located in Wiltshire. This role has Clinical, Managerial, Educational /Professional Development responsibilities for overseeing all aspects of the Outpatients, Patient experience coordination, PACU, Operating Theatre (including Endoscopy) Service at our client’s Treatment Centre in Wiltshire.
Candidates must be NMC registered with at least 2 years’ clinical experience at band 6 level in general surgery, orthopaedics or ophthalmic. You should also have experience in recovery nursing and leading a team with effective communication skills and proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required. You should have ENB 998 or an equivalent qualification, specialist theatre/recovery or day surgery training e.g. ENB 183/182/176/A87/N81/DO3/A21/N33 or equivalent and good computer skills and flexibility and adaptability.
