Job Description:
You will provide direct nursing care and treatment management using a multidisciplinary approach and patient/family education and promotes self-management. You will also conduct specialty/subspecialty nursing education and contribute to quality improvement, and nursing practice and care standards. Other responsibilities will be to participate in evidence based practice and research activities.

Requirements:
1) Able to register with Singapore Nursing Board
2) A minimum of 3 years working experience in relevant setting
3) Advanced Diploma in relevant specialty
4) Good interpersonal and communication skills
5) Good working attitude, motivated and has good initiative
6) Computer literacy skills- MS Word and PowerPoint
