We are looking to recruit a Regional Clinical Manager to cover our Therapies and Continuing Care services across the Midlands region. You will be responsible for the operational management of all Nursing within the region, working closely with the sales and business teams to plan and deliver on the Nursing business growth.
You will plan the delivery, recruit staff and ensure they are trained appropriately to deliver the care. As the Regional Manager, you will work in partnership with customers to aggress protocols and discharge plans to deliver a seamless service from hospital to Home.
The role has a strong commercial aspect to it and you will be a key part of the team when tendering for new business with the PCT’s and commissioners. People management will also be a big focus of the role as well as being the point of escalation for the packages within the region. You will be the registered CQC manager for the region.
Experience must include people management including conflict resolution, exposure of working with the CQC and commercial experience, managing budgets and maintaining costs.
