Chase Medical is an agency that supplies locum, contract and permanent Practice Nurses throughout the UK and is currently looking for a Permanent Practice Nurse in the North Yorkshire area.
This is a great part time opportunity, 15 – 17 hours a week (flexible hours, Monday to Friday) for a Practice Nurse. You will be working in a GP Practice alongside a friendly team.
You will need to be an experienced Practice Nurse with experience and training in Chronic Disease Management (Asthma, Diabetes, COPD, CHD etc.).
Salary will depend on band and experience.
