A Relocation package will be provided to any successful off island candidate. (Excludes housing assistance).
Off island candidates can be interviewed using Skype video interview. Vacancies have arisen for Registered Nurses with the desire and enthusiasm to champion dementia care and work with older people in the department’s EMI units.
EMI Services provides residential care of the highest standard to 44 residents in 3 homes across the Isle of Man Working as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team, the post holder will:
• Assist in the maintenance of an environment which promotes excellence in practise.
• Be responsible and accountable for the assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of care for residents.
• Manage care teams to ensure the highest standards care.
We will offer training opportunities, provide supervised practice, lead and support skills development which will assist you to keep you up-to-date with PREP, enable you to gain recognised qualifications such as a Diploma/ Degree and offer a career path that will help you progress to management level.
Consideration will be given to appointing and training a Registered Nurse who has the aptitude, but who does not yet have the knowledge and skills to provide this service. A Full induction programme is offered.
