BMI The Duchy Hospital has 27 beds with all rooms offering the privacy and comfort of en-suite facilities, TV and telephone. The hospital has 2 theatres including endoscopy. BMI The Duchy has an opportunity for a Physiotherapy Manager to join their team to work 30 hours per week.
As a Physiotherapy Manager you would be responsible for the management and daily running of the Physiotherapy Department and be required to ensure the Department is cost effective, efficient and profitable and therefore help grow and develop the Physiotherapy service. You will also provide clinical direction and leadership for all physiotherapy staff in the Duchy Hospital as well as managing your own Outpatient caseload
You must be Must be a Chartered Physiotherapist and be a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and be Registered with the Health Professions Council (HPC). You will also have strong previous experience of managing a team and delivering against targets. We will also require you to have a good financial awareness and control.
