My client operates a 62 bedded mental health facility in the West Midlands, and is now looking to find an experienced clinical manager for this unit which delivers care to younger adults 18 -65 years of age with mental health issues and challenging behaviours.
This role will be key in the smooth runnig of the home, and is a new role within the organisation. It would be an ideal role for a lead clinician or deputy manager who is looking to improve and expand on their managerial experience, whilst having a very much hands on approach to the clinical manager role, and will share some of the responsibilites for the overall running of the home.
You must be an RMN with sound clinical experience in caring for those who present challenging behaviour, be able to assess and implement person centred care plans, and oversee and have overall responsibility for the provision of excellent care
